Sokupa S S & S (ST126703/1998 ) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST126703/1998 passed by Joseph Albert du Plessis, Identity Number 520118 5188 00 9, Married out of community of property in favour of Silumko Solomon Sokupa, Identity Number 490126 5476 08 2 and Siphokazi Sokupa, Identity Number 520920 0763 08 6, Married in community of property to each other in respect of certain Unit consisting of: Section Number 1 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS157/1997 in the scheme known as ELARDUSPARK 883 in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at Elarduspark Extension 2 Township, Local Authority: City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, of which section the floor area, according to the said Sectional Plan is 224 (TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY FOUR) square metres in extent; and (b) an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan, which has been lost or destroyed.
