FREDERICK CHRISTOPHER SON, Identity Number 731016 5162 088, Married out of community of property; 2. NICHOLAS FRANCIS SON, Identity Number 781120 5170 080, Married, which marriage is governed by the laws of China, in respect of ` A unit consisting of ` (a)SECTION NUMBER 1 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS689/1995 in the scheme known as LYNNWOOD 944 in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at PORTION 1 of ERF 944 LYNNWOOD TOWNSHIP; LOCAL AUTHORITY: CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said Sectional Plan, is 210 (TWO HUNDREED AND TEN) Square Metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan; which has been lost or destroyed.
