SPIRAPAC (T13435/2018) Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68(1) of the deeds Registries Act 47 of 1937 of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of DEED OF TRANSFER NUMBER T13435/2018 in favour of: SPIRAPAC (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED Registration number 2008/026497/07 in respect of: PORTION 561 (OF 320) OF LOT 61 NUMBER 1521 REGISTRATION DIVISION FU PROVINCE OF KWAZULU-NATAL IN EXTENT 1029 (ONE THOUSAND AND TWENTY NINE) SQUARE METRES HELD BY DEED OF TRANSFER T13435/2018 The original deed was previously mislaid, and a certified replacement deed was issued by the Registrar of Deeds at Pietermaritzburg under number VA5579/2019. This replacement deed has subsequently been lost. The original deed has since been located and has been lodged with the Registrar. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds, Pietermaritzburg, within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
