ST.1218/2006(42)(UNIT) KENWALT PROPRIETARY LIMITED LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Certificate of Registered Sectional Title ST.1218/2006(42)(UNIT) passed by REGISTRAR OF DEEDS AT PRETORIA in favour of KENWALT PROPRIETARY LIMITED Registration Number 1983/003772/07 in respect of A unit consisting of – (a)Section Number 42 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 1218/2006 in the scheme known as MABALINGWE 12 in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at THE REMAINING EXTENT OF THE FARM VAALWAL NO.534, REGISTRATION DIVISION K.Q., Local Authority: BELA- BELA, of which section the floor area according to the said sectional plan is 450 (Four Hundred and Fifty) square metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. Held by Certificate of Registered Sectional Title ST.1218/2006(42)(UNIT) which has been lost or destroyed.
