ST 36424/2006 OKLAHOMA /HONEYDEW RIDGE EXTENSION 8 TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR A LOST DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer Number ST 36424/2006 granted by REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA to KRISHEN MOODLEY- IDENTITY NUMBER: 740706 5205 08 0 and NEROSHNI MOODLEY-IDENTITY NUMBER: 740702 007208 8 in respect of a certain unit consisting of ` (a)Section Number 24 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS170/2001 in the Scheme known as OKLAHOMA in respect of the land and buildings or buildings situate at HONEYDEW RIDGE EXTENSION 8 TOWNSHIP, CITY OF JOHANNESBURG of which section the floor area, according to the said Sectional Plan is 115 (ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN) square metres in extent; and (b)An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said Sectional Plan, which has been lost or destroyed, the said KRISHEN MOODLEY (now deceased), duly represented by NEROSHNI MOODLEY, in her capacity as Executrix in the Estate Late KRISHEN MOODLEY, acting under Letters of Executorship Number 016434/2018 granted in terms of the Administration of Estates Act No. 66 of 1965 issued by the Assistant Master of the High Court of South Africa South Gauteng at Johannesburg, dated 25 January 2019.
