ST 93/1985 (61) (UNIT) JEFFSON PROPERTIES CC Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act 47 of 1937), of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Certificate of Registered Sectional Title ST 93/1985 (61) (UNIT) in favour of JEFFSON PROPERTIES CC 1990/006346/23, in respect of the below mentioned property, namely- A Unit consisting of (a)Section No. 61 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 93/1985 in the scheme known as HAMILTON 285 in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at ARCADIA TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY – CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 46 (Forty Six) square metres in extent and (b)An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
