ST1097/2024 KLINKERS J S A LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST1097/2024 passed by the Registrar of Deeds: Free State at Bloemfontein in favour of JOSEPHINE SIMMONE A KLINKERS in respect of certain Unit consisting of (a) Section No. 17 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 191/2008 in the scheme known as BISHOP`S BAY in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at Portion 6 (of 3) of the farm LUCIANA 214, District Parys, Province Free State, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 363 (Three Hundred and Sixty Three) square metres in extent and (b)An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deed at Free State within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
