ST11028/2017 KWADUKUZA MUNICIPALITY LOST OR DESTROYED DEED APPLICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 68(1E) OF THE DEEDS REGISTRIES Act 47 of 1937 Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68(1E) of the Deeds Registries Act 47, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of ST11028/2017 passed by KWADUKUZA MUNICIPALITY in favour of I, the undersigned, SONTO JUDITH MASHABA in my capacity as Executrix in the Estate Late NOMVUYO EUNICE JOZANA, acting under Letters of Executorship Number 003433 granted in terms of Section (13) and (14) of the Administration of Estates Act No. 66 of 1965 issued by the Master of the High Court of South Africa Gauteng Division, Pretoria at Pretoria on 26 July 2019. in respect of certain A Unit consisting of (a)Section Number 10 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 203/1989 in the scheme known as PERISSA in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at SHAKA`S ROCK, IN THE KWADUKUZA MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 181 (One Hundred and Eighty One) square metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the KWAZULU NATAL DEEDS REGISRTY at PIETERMARITZBURG within 2 weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
