ST12873/2006 THE JASTE INVESTMENT TRUST/BENONI EXTENSION 72 TOWNSHIP LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer Number ST12873/2006 passed by REGISTRAR OF DEEDS: SOUTH GAUTENG (formerly Johannesburg) at JOHANNESBURG in favour of THE JASTE INVESTMENT TRUST, Number IT8989/2004, in respect of certain A Unit consisting of – (a) Section No. 20 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS49/2006, in the scheme known as KINGSWOOD MANOR in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at BENONI EXTENSION 72 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY OF EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan, is 118 (ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTEEN) SQUARE METRES in extent; and (b)an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. Held by DEED OF TRANSFER NUMBER ST12873/2006 which has been lost or destroyed.
