ST135223/2007 PEEL EM NOTICE IN TERMS OF REGULATION SIXTY-EIGHT OF THE REGULATIONS MADE UNDER THE DEEDS REGISTRIES ACT, 1937 (NO. 47 OF 1937) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer No. ST135223/2007 passed by MARIA MAGDALENA ORR, Identity number 2104230017004, unmarried, in favour of ELIZABETH MARGARET PEEL, Identity number 5201130034084, married out of community of property, in respect of a unit consisting of ` (a) SECTION No. 24 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS 103/1984 in the scheme known as SEMINOLE in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at RIVER CLUB EXTENSION 12 TOWNSHIP CITY OF JOHANNESBURG, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 121 (ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY ONE) square metres in extent; and (b) an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. HELD by Deed of Transfer No. ST135223/2007, which has been lost or destroyed.
