ST211(11)(UNIT) The Trustees for the Time being of the Beyleveld Family Trust LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Certificate of Registered Sectional Title ST211(11)(UNIT) in favour of The Trustees for the Time being of the Beyleveld Family Trust, Registration Number: IT2785/1994 in respect of certain a Unit consisting of Section 11, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS211/11 in the scheme known as San Pedro in respect of the land and building and buildings situated at PORTION 680 ( PORTION OF PORTION 328) OF THE FARM ELANDSHEUVEL 402, Registration Division I.P., Province of North West, of which section the floor area, according to the said Sectional Plan is 321( Three Hundred and Twenty One) square metres in extent and an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said Section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said Sectional Plan , which has been lost or destroyed.
