ST2219/2018 LNJ TRUST Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Certificate of Registered Sectional Title Number ST2219/2018 passed byThe Trustees for the time being of LNJ TRUST Nr IT858/2015(B) in favour of JUAN FREDERICK GOUGH duly authorised by a resolution of the Trustees of LNJ TRUST Registration Number IT858/2015(B) Acting under Letters of Authority issued by the Master of the High Court of South Africa, Free State Division, Bloemfontein on 9 July 2024 in respect of A unit consisting of – (a)Section Number 10 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 29/2018 in the scheme known as MOUNT JOY in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at BLOEMFONTEIN EXTENSION 185, Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality, of which section the floor area according to the said sectional plan is 126 (One Hundred and Twenty Six) square metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. Held by Certificate of Registered Sectional Title Number ST2219/2018 which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds: Free State at Bloemfontein within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
