ST2258/2016 SHU-PEI TSAI LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer Number ST2258/2016 passed by HELIO DOS SANTOS PAULO, Identity Number 690604 5462 08 4 in favour of SHU-PEI TSAI, Identity Number 560516 0848 08 2 in respect of certain Section No. 12 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS159/2014 in the scheme known as MORNINGHILL GARDENS in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at BEDFORDVIEW EXTENSION 566 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 192 (One Hundred and Ninety Two) square metres in extent, held by Deed of Transfer ST2258/2016, which has been lost or destroyed.
