Held by DEED OF TRANSFER NUMBER ST24488/2023, which has been lost or destroyed. 2. A Unit consisting of – (a)Section No. 5 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS180/2023, in the scheme known as SEGANKA INDUSTRIAL PARK in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at RUSTENBURG EXTENSION 4 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan, is 238 (TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY EIGHT) SQUARE METRES in extent; and (b) an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. A Unit consisting of – (a)Section No. 6 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS180/2023, in the scheme known as SEGANKA INDUSTRIAL PARK in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at RUSTENBURG EXTENSION 4 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan, is 239 (TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY NINE) SQUARE METRES in extent; and (b) an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. A Unit consisting of – (a)Section No. 7 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS180/2023, in the scheme known as SEGANKA INDUSTRIAL PARK in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at RUSTENBURG EXTENSION 4 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan, is 239 (TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY NINE) SQUARE METRES in extent; and (b) an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. Held by DEED OF TRANSFER NUMBER ST24488/2023, which has been lost or destroyed. 5. A Unit consisting of – (a)Section No. 8 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS180/2023, in the scheme known as SEGANKA INDUSTRIAL PARK in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at RUSTENBURG EXTENSION 4 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan, is 238 (TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY EIGHT) SQUARE METRES in extent; and (b) an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. Held by DEED OF TRANSFER NUMBER ST24488/2023, which has been lost or destroyed. 2. That the property has been mortgaged under SB15102/2023, but has not been further pledged and is not being held by anyone else as security for debt or otherwise. The said Deed of Transfer ST24488/2023, has been lost or destroyed and despite diligent search and enquiry cannot be found. 3.That I am unable to account for the loss of the aforesaid Deed of Transfer ST24488/2023. 4.I hereby undertake to submit the aforesaid Deed of Transfer ST24488/2023 to the REGISTRAR OF DEEDS: NORTH GAUTENG AT PRETORIA immediately should it be found. 5.I hereby apply in terms of Regulation 68(1) of the Deeds Registries Act 1937 to the REGISTRAR OF DEEDS: NORTH GAUTENG AT PRETORIA for the issue to us of a certified copy of the Deed of Transfer ST24488/2023. MALCOLM JOHN VINING SWORN to and SIGNED before me at Roodepoort on the day of 2026 the deponent having acknowledged that she knows and understands the contents of this affidavit. COMMISSIONER OF OATHS
