ST33168/2010 ARWICA CC LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer Number ST33168/2010 passed by THE TRUSTEES FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE BESIGHEIDS TRUST (REGISTRATION NUMBER IT 2188/2001) in favour of ARWICA CC (REGISTRATION NUMBER 1991/014985/23) in respect of certain A Unit consisting of (a)Section No. 1 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 40/1998 in the scheme known as CASCADES OFFICE PARK in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at LITTLE FALLS EXTENSION 1 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY CITY OF JOHANNESBURG, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 99 (Ninety Nine) square metres in extent and (b)An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. HELD BY Deed of Transfer Number ST 33168/2010 which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds South Gauteng at Johannesburg, 28 Harrison Street, Johannesburg within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
