ST34673/2001 ALAN HALL FAMILY TRUST NOTICE IN TERMS OF REGULATION 68 OF THE DEEDS REGISTRIES ACT 1937, IN RESPECT OF A LOST TITLE DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST34673/2001 passed by the JACK ONDERSTALL BESIGHEIDSTRUST, Registration Number IT1285/1996 in favour of ALAN HALL FAMILY TRUST, Registration Number IT1308/2001 in respect of certain 1.A Unit consisting of Section No. 12 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 119/1997 in the scheme known as TIFFANDALE in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at LANGENHOVENPARK Extension 4, MANGAUNG METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 84 (Eighty Four) square metres in extent; 2.A Unit consisting of Section No. 13 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 119/1997 in the scheme known as TIFFANDALE in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at LANGENHOVENPARK Extension 4, MANGAUNG METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 84 (Eighty Four) square metres in extent; 3.A Unit consisting of Section No. 20 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 119/1997 in the scheme known as TIFFANDALE in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at LANGENHOVENPARK Extension 4, MANGAUNG METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 84 (Eighty Four) square metres in extent which has been lost or destroyed. All persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds: Free State at BLOEMFONTEIN within two weeks after the date of the publication of this notice.
