ST35796/2019 MR TRUST Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Title Deed No. ST 35796/2019 passed by Gold Oak Investments Proprietary Limited, Registration Number: 2006/034049/07, in favour of M R Trust, Registration Number: IT450/2019, in respect of certain Section No. 24, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS 663/2018, in the scheme known as DOMAIN ILLOVO, in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at ILLOVO EXTENSION 1 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: CITY OF JOHANNESBURG, of which section the floor area according to the said Sectional Plan is 123 (One Hundred and Twenty Three) square metres in extent, which has been lost or destroyed.
