ST60913/2006 DEMETRA ELENE CANARIS LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST60913/2006 passed by CAPSTONE 500 (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED IN FAVOUR OF DEMETRA ELENE CANARIS, in her capacity as the Executrix in the Joint Massed Estate of the late NIOVI CANARIS and the Late CHRISTOS DEMOSTENOUS CANARIS Estate number 29604/2009 Acting under Letters of Executorship issued by the Master of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg on 24 February 2010 in terms of Section 13 and 14 of the Administration of Estates Act No 66 of 1965 in respect of A unit consisting of – (a)Section Number 44 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 125/2006 in the scheme known as SPLICE RIVIERA in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at RIVIERA (JHB) TOWNSHIP, Local Authority: CITY OF JOHANNESBURG, of which section the floor area according to the said sectional plan is 104 (One Hundred and Four) square metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. Held by Deed of Transfer ST60913/2006 which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds: South Gauteng at Johannesburg within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
