(ST9706/2008) DECO GROVE ESTATES LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer No. ST9706/2008, passed by I the undersigned CASSANDRA LOUISE MONK duly authorised hereto by a Special Power of Attorney signed at DURBANVILLE on 20 February 2025 by PETER BOSMAN, in my capacity as Executor in the Estate Late LINDA BOSMAN-KING, acting under Letters of Executorship Number 024182/2024 issued by the Master of the High Court of South Africa Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg at Johannesburg on 19 December 2024 the registered owner/s of the property described as: A Unit consisting of (a)Section No. 3 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 86/1988 in the scheme known as DECO GROVE ESTATES in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at TOWNSVIEW TOWNSHIP; LOCAL AUTHORITY: CITY OF JOHANNESBURG, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 118 (One Hundred and Eighteen) square metres in extent and (b)An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. HELD BY Deed of Transfer Number ST 9706/2008 which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds South Gauteng at Johannesburg, situated at Deeds Office Information Section, 85 Anderson Street, Marshalltown, Johannesburg, within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
