T14213/2009 G EN T Bouprojekte BK LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Certificate of Consolidated Title T14213/2009, which deed was lost or destroyed and which was replaced by VA775/2017 on 31 January 2017. The said deed is registered in favour of G EN T Bouprojekte BK, Registration Number 1999/043640/23 in respect of certain property, namely: Remaining Extent of Portion 16 of the Farm Onverwacht 503, Registration Division LQ, Limpopo Province, in extent 9,8923 (Nine comma Eight Nine Two Three) Hectares, which VA775/2017 deed has also been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Office of the Registrar of Deeds: Limpopo at Polokwane, within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
