THE PROVINCE OF GAUTENG IN EXTENT 2 541(TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND FORTY ONE) SQUARE METRES HELD BY Deed of Transfer Number T46474/2002 1.The said Deed of Transfer Number T46474/2002 has been lost or destroyed and that after a diligent search the said Deed cannot be found. 2.That I am not aware of the circumstances under which the said Deed was lost or destroyed. -2- 3.THAT the said property is subject to a mortgage bond B34404/2002 in favour of FIRSTRAND BANK LIMITED (Registration Number 1929/001225/06) who Consent to this Application. 4.I am unable to explain how the said Deed of Transfer Number T46474/2002 came to be lost except to say that it has obviously been mislaid and cannot be found. 5.I further undertake that should the aforesaid Deed of Transfer Number T46474/2002 come into my possession, I shall surrender same to the Registrar of Deeds: NORTH GAUTENG at PRETORIA. 6.I hereby apply to the Registrar of Deeds: NORTH GAUTENG at PRETORIA for the issue of a certified copy of the said Deed of Transfer Number T46474/2002 in terms of Regulation 68(1) of the Deeds Registries Act 47 of 1937 ABOKASE MARTHA KEKANA SIGNED and SWORN/AFFIRMED to before me at on this day of 2026, the Deponent having acknowledged that he/she knows and understands the contents of this Affidavit, which is deposed to in accordance with the regulations governing the administration of an oath as more fully set out in Government Notice R 1258 of the 21st July 1972, as amended by Government Notice 1648 dated the 19th of August 1977 and Government Notice 903 dated the 10th July 1998.
