REMAINING EXTENT of Lot No.137 situate on TENTH AVENUE and HENDRIK POTGIETERSTRAAT on that portion known as the TOWNSHIP of EDENVALE of the Freehold Farm RIETFONTEIN No. 9, in the DISTRICT of GERMISTON, measuring 10,000 (Ten Thousand) Square Feet; which has been lost or destroyed.
