The Trustees for the time being of DU PLOOY FAMILIE TRUST (ST27518/2014 ) LOST OR DESTROYED TITLE DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act 47 of 1937), of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST27518/2014 in favour of The Trustees for the time being of DU PLOOY FAMILIE TRUST, IT 9318/98 in respect of A Unit consisting of (a)Section No. 33 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 120/1992 in the scheme known as DIE EIKE in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at DIE EIKE PORTION 148 (PORTION OF PORTION 15) OF THE FARM PAARDEPLAATS 177, REGISTRATION DIVISION I.Q., PROVINCE OF GAUTENG; PORTION 149 (PORTION OF PORTION 15) OF THE FARM PAARDEPLAATS 177, REGISTRATION DIVISION I.Q., THE PROVINCE OF GAUTENG LOCAL AUTHORITY, MOGALE CITY LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 61 (Sixty One) square metres in extent and (b)An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
