The Trustees for the time being of Teba Property Trust (T1502/1994) NOTICE IN TERMS OF REGULATION 68(1) OF THE DEED REGISTRIES ACT, 1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937) Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer Number T1502/1994 passed by Mine Labour Organisations (NRC) Limited, Company Number F78/031, in favour of the Trustees for the time being of Teba Property Trust, IT194/93(T), in respect of a certain Erf 14 Mqanduli, which has been lost or destroyed.
