THE TRUSTEES FOR THE TIME BEING OF TEBA PROPERTY TRUST (T9564/2010) NOTICE IN TERMS OF REGULATION 68(1) OF THE DEED REGISTRIES ACT, 1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937) Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer Number T9564/2010 passed by Ulundi Municipality in favour of the Trustees for the time being of Teba Property Trust, Registration Number IT194/93(T), in respect of a certain Erf 127 Ulundi BA, which has been lost or destroyed.
