THE TRUSTEES FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE MTD FAMILY TRUST, (ST37288/2017) Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act 47 of 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST37288/2017 in favour of THE TRUSTEES FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE MTD FAMILY TRUST, Registration Number IT1789/2011/PMB in respect of A unit consisting of- (a)Section Number 34 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 93/1993 in the scheme known as PORTOFINO in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at RHODESFIELD TOWNSHIP, Local Authority: CITY OF EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area according to the said sectional plan is 97 (Ninety Seven) square metres in extent, and (b) an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan, which has been lost or destroyed. A unit consisting of-(a)Section Number 19 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS 93/1993 in the scheme known as PORTOFINO in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at RHODESFIELD TOWNSHIP, Local Authority: CITY OF EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area according to the said sectional plan is 22 (Twenty Two) square metres in extent; and (b)an undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds: South Gauteng at Johannesburg, Information Section, 28 Harrison Street, Marshalltown, Johannesburg, within two weeks from date of the publication of this notice.
