TORTELLO INVESTMENTS 143 (RF) PROPRIETARY LIMITED ( ST14572/2015 ) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer Number ST14572/2015 passed by SHERIFF OF THE HIGH COURT OF SOUTH AFRICA GAUTENG DIVISION, PRETORIA, FOR THE DISTRICT OF JOHANNESBURG CENTRAL, PROVINCE OF GAUTENG, whereas in the matter wherein ABSA BANK LIMITED, Registration Number 1986/004794/06 was the Plaintiff and DARLINGTON STHEMBISO MTOLO, Identity Number 610521 5701 08 8 and SINDISWA CHRISTINA MTOLO, Identity Number 660202 1838 08 8, Married in community of property to each other were the Defendants, in favour of TORTELLO INVESTMENTS 143 PROPRIETARY LIMITED, Registration Number 2010/000751/07 in respect of certain – A unit consisting of – a)Section Number 30 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS37/1992 in the scheme known as CRESTVIEW in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at BEREA TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: CITY OF JOHANNESBURG of which section the floor area, according to the sectional plan is 105 (ONE HUNDRED AND FIVE) square metres in extent; and b)an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the Participation Quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan, which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at South Gauteng at Johannesburg, Deeds Office Information Section, Mezzanine Floor, 208 ` 212 Von Wielligh and Pritchard Streets, Johannesburg, within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
