TOWEEL G J (ST20166/2007 ) LOST DEED : ANTOINETTE JUNE COETZEE SECTION 2 ROCK COTTAGE RESIDENTIAL ESTATE Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of regulation sixty- eight made under the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, that it is the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST20166/2007 passed by ABSA BANK LIMITED, Registration Number 1986/004794/06 in favour of GEORGE JOSEPH TOWEEL, IDENTITY NUMBER 591109 5021 08 8, UNMARRIED and ANTOINETTE JUNE COETZEE, IDETITY NUMBER 520516 0025 08 6, UNMARRIED in respect of A Unit consisting of ` (a)Section Number 2 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS104/2003 in the scheme known as ROCK COTTAGE RESIDENTIAL ESTATE in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at WELTEVREDENPARK EXTENSION 96 TOWNSHIP, CITY OF JOHANNESBURG, of which section the floor area according to the said sectional plan is 125 (ONE Hundred and Twenty Five) square metres in extent; and (b)An undivided share in and to the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan HELD BY DEED OF TRANSFER ST20166/2007 which has been lost or destroyed.
