Town Council of Edenvale (T11653/1963) LOST OR DESTROYED DEEDNotice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer T11653/1963 passed by JACOBUS JOHANNES VAN DER WALT in his capacity as the Executor Dative in the Estate of the late GEORGE JOHANNES PEARSON, acting under and by virtue of Letters of Aministration No. 1138/59, granted to him by the Master of the Supreme Court of South Africa at BLOEMFONTEIN, on the 20th day of July, 1960; (the deceased was, during his lifetime, a member of the White Group as defined in Act No. 77 of 1957, as amended) in favour of Town Council of Edenvale in respect of certain Portion 4 of Lot No. 344 situate on Edenvale and Plantation Roads in the Township of Eastleigh, situate in the District of Germiston; which has been lost or destroyed.
