Town Council of Edenvale (T11803/1965) FORM JJJ LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer T11803/1965 passed by GEORGE JOSEPH LEOPOLD FAJANS, in his capacity as a Director of BETA BOTTLE COMPANY (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED, duly authorised thereto by a Resolution passed at a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the said Company held at EDENVALE on the 5th day of JULY, 1965; every person who holds or is deemed to hold a controlling interest in such Company being a member of the White Group as definded in Act No. 77 of 1957; in favour of Town Council of Edenvale in respect of 1. CERTAIN Portion 2 of Lot No. 559, situate on FOURTAIN ROAD, in the Township of Eastleigh, District of Germiston, measuring 10,623 (Ten Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty-Three) Square Feet; 3. CERTAIN Portion 1 of Lot No. 560, situate on FOURTAIN ROAD, in the Township of Eastleigh, District of Germiston, measuring 19,283 (Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Three) Square feet; 4. CERTAIN Portion 2 of Lot No. 560, situate on FOURTAIN ROAD and FIRST AVENUE, in the Township of Eastleigh, District of Germiston, measuring 1,124 (One Thousand One Hundred and Twenty Four) Square Feet; which has been lost or destroyed.
