Town Council of Edenvale (T21449/19690) LOST OR DESTROYED DEEDNotice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer T21449/19690 passed by JAMES ALFRED PERROTT in his capacity as one of the Directors of ` TREND HOMES (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED (No. 60/4427) acting under and by virtue of a Resolution passed by the Directors of the said Company at Johannesburg on the 27th day of November 1969; in favour of Town Council of Edenvale in respect of certain Portion 21 (Road) of Lot No. 582 situate in the Township of Eastleigh, District of Germiston, measuring 28,300 (Twenty-Eight thousand three Hundred) Square feet; which has been lost or destroyed.
