VANDERBIJL PARK CENTRAL EAST NO. 2, ERF 366 NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 34 OF THE NATIONAL HERITAGE RESOURCES ACT, 1999, FOR THE PROPOSED DEMOLITION OF A STRUCTURE OLDER THAN 60 YEARS IN RESPECT OF ERF 366 VANDERBIJL PARK CENTRAL EAST NO. 2. We, RADINTSHI HARDWARE (PTY) LTD the owners of Erf 366 Vanderbijl Park Central East No 2, situated at 97 Livingstone Boulevard, Vanderbijlpark CE 2, hereby give notice in terms of the Section 34 of the National Heritage Resources Act, 1999, that I have applied to the Provincial Heritage Resources Authority – Gauteng, to demolish the existing structures located on this above-mentioned site in order to develop a new residential building.
