WALLS A C (K1553/2020L) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act 47 of 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Notarial Deed of Cession of Lease No. K1553/2020L passed by CHARLEMAGNE TRUST, Registration Number IT3123/2010(G) in favour of ANTHONY CRAIG WALLS, 640315 5143 08 4, Unmarried in respect of certain A Unit consisting of (a) Section No. 204 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS 591/2010 in the scheme known as WATERFALL HILLS in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at PORTION 200 OF ERF 3 JUKSKEI HEIGHTS EXTENSION 1 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: CITY OF JOHANNESBURG METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 70 (Seventy) square metres in extent and (b) An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan. which has been lost or destroyed.
