Wheeler M (ST114128/1999 ) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST114128/1999 passed by Executor in the estate of the late Richard Thomas Wheeler No. 4933/1999 in favour of Monica Wheeler, Identity number 370906 0025 08 0, Unmarried, in respect of A unit consisting of- (a)Section Number 16 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS102/1984 in the scheme known as STONEWOOD VILLAGE in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at RIVER CLUB EXTENSION 13 TOWNSHIP, in the area of the EASTERN METROPOLITAN SUBSTRUCTURE OF THE GREATER JOHANNESBURG TRANSITIONAL METROPOLITAN COUNCIL, of which section the floor area, according to the said Sectional Plan is 167 (ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY SEVEN) square metres in extent; and (b) an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan, which has been lost or destroyed.
