Z & Z DADABHAY PROPERTY TRUST (ST12727/2011) 1.Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Title Deed No. ST 12727/2011 and Notarial Deed of Cession No. SK 896/2011S passed by 8 Mile Investments 490 (Proprietary) Limited, Registration Number: 2006/036534/07 in favour of Z & Z Dadabhay Property Trust, Registration Number: IT 608/07, in respect of certain Section No. 1, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS 1236/2007, in the scheme known as BUKHARA MEWS in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at DADAVILLE TOWNSHIP, Emfuleni Local Authority, of which section the floor area according to the said Sectional Plan is 128 (One Hundred and Twenty Eight) square metres in extent, which has been lost or destroyed. 2.An Exclusive Use Area described as YARD 1, measuring 95 (Ninety Five) square metres, being as such part of the common property, comprising the land and the scheme known as BUKHARA MEWS in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at DADAVILLE TOWNSHIP, Emfuleni Local Authority, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No. SS 1236/2007 held by Notarial Deed of Cession No. SK 896/2011S which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds North Gauteng at PRETORIA within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
