Zein A (SK331/2014S) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Notarial Deed Cession of Exclusive Use Areas SK331/2014S passed by The Mike Bolus Family Trust, Registration Number: IT1062/1989 in favour of Abu Zein, Born on 17 September 1977 in respect of an Exclusive Use Area described as PARKING BAY P191 measuring 13 (Thirteen) square metres, being as such part of the common property, comprising the land and the scheme known as SANDTON EMPEROR in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at MORNINGSIDE EXTENSION 27 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY, CITY OF JOHANNESBURG, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS193/2007 and an Exclusive Use Area described as PARKING BAY P192 measuring 13 (Thirteen) square metres, being as such part of the common property, comprising the land and the scheme known as SANDTON EMPEROR in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at MORNINGSIDE EXTENSION 27 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY, CITY OF JOHANNESBURG, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS193/2007 and an Exclusive Use Area described as STORE ROOM S3 measuring 9 (Nine) square metres, being as such part of the common property, comprising the land and the scheme known as SANDTON EMPEROR in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at MORNINGSIDE EXTENSION 27 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY, CITY OF JOHANNESBURG, as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS193/2007 held by Notarial Deed Cession of Exclusive Use Areas SK331/2014S which have been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds of North Gauteng at Pretoria, National Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development Building, 600 Lillian Ngoyi Street, Pretoria Central, Pretoria, 0002, within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
