Zein A (ST65583/2015) LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer ST65583/2015 passed by TDM Auto Industria and Mining CC, Registration Number: 2003/065509/23 in favour of Abu Zein, Born on 17 September 1977 in respect of a certain unit consisting of Section Number 18 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan Number SS193/2007 in the scheme known as SANDTON EMPEROR in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at MORNINGSIDE EXTENSION 27 TOWNSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY, CITY OF JOHANNESBURG, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 162 (One Hundred and Sixty Two) square metres in extent and an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan, HELD BY Deed of Transfer Number ST65583/2015 which has been lost or destroyed.
