Nkowankowa Athletics Club hosts winter athletics camp for children, focusing on sprints, hurdles and long-distance running training.

LIMPOPO – The Nkowankowa Athletics Club is hosting an exciting athletics camp for children aged 7 to 17.

The camp began on Monday, December 2, and will run until Tuesday, January 10, 2025.

This camp is open to both primary and high school learners and will take place at Nkowankowa Stadium and Hudson Ntsanwisi Secondary School.

The camp will focus on training in sprints, hurdles, and long-distance running, providing young athletes with a comprehensive programme to develop their skills in these disciplines.
