Nyiko cycles over 300km on his birthday

When other people spend their birthdays celebrating with friends and family, Nyiko 'Mr Dynamix' Masangu chose to celebrate his cycling province to province.

Nyiko’s love for cycling has led him to cycle a distance of over 300km for his 46th birthday. He cycled from Midrand to Polokwane on Wednesday, August 30.
He told the Herald that he would not have spent his special day any other way as he loves cycling.
Along the way, he was joined by his friends who accompanied him on the route.

Nyiko joined by friends as they approached Polokwane.

“For the past three years, I have cycled from province to province on my birthday. “However, this year, I’m doing the ride as a way to prepare for an upcoming cycling documentary in which I will be cycling from Nkowankowa to Cape Town in one week.” Nyiko is an adventure enthusiast and no stranger to endurance activities.
