Bully Beef egg tart
1 onion, sliced finely
braai meat of your choice
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1 can Tomato and Onion mix
250 ml cheese
Salt and pepper
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Heat oil in a 31 cm frying pan, swirl to coat base and sides evenly.
3. Braai over low heat on a gas stove for 30 minutes, or over the braai (when embers are low).
