Video: Parents plead for return of missing daughter

The parents of the missing Neline van Zyl have pleaded for the return of their daughter.

“We just want her back. Please bring her back to us. No problem is too big to overcome. Please, we cannot last much longer.”

Neline (13) went missing on Thursday 10 September. She was last seen by her brother Ruan when she left her school bags at his place of work. She was supposed to go and watch a cricket game with her friends but never showed.

At this stage it is unclear if she went out of free will or if she was abducted.

“This is not normal for our child. Something is terribly wrong and it does not make sense. If you can hear me Neline, please make contact with me. If the person that took Neline can hear me, please bring my daughter back.”

A R12 000 reward has been offered for inforation that will lead to Neline’s safe return. If anybody has information about her, contact Lt.col. Van Schalkwyk on 083 230 8054.
