Sexual assault struck off roll

A charge of sexual assault has been withdrawn after the involved parties entered into informal mediation.

Sinange Sgasa (42) from Pullenshope faced the charge for an alleged incident that took place in November last year in Pullenshope.

The matter was withdrawn on instructions of the senior state prosecutor after the mediation process was completed.
