Crash victims to be identified
The families of the nine people that burnt to death will begin the identification process tomorrow.
According to Moeti Mmusi of the Provincial Safety, Security and Liaison, five of the nine deceased are from Badplaas, Hendrina and Carolina.
The other four are reportedly from Limpopo, KwaZulu-Natal, and the North West provinces.
Mr Mmusi also added that the DNA samples will be conducted on family members to determine whether their DNA matches the deceased’s on July 16.
The Executive Mayor of the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality, Bajudi Tolo also sent his condolence to the families.

•On Friday a mini-bus collided with a truck on the N11 between Middelburg and Hendrina.
Nine of the people in the taxi burnt to death while the drivers of the truck and taxi were rushed to the hospital for medical treatment.
