Two female crash victims identified after six weeks

After six weeks at the Middelburg State Mortuary, the two women that were killed in a car crash on September 20 have finally been identified.

Four people were involved in the horrific collision on the N4 near the Bethal off-ramp.

All the victims died on impact and Thokozani Gumede and Jeffrey Mthethwa, the two men involved, were identified four weeks ago.

The families of the women, Ntombiyenkosi Mokoena (21) and Promise Ntshiayinenha (23), claimed the bodies on Monday.
