The accident is said to have happened on the N4 near Waterval-Boven this morning (Friday). The witnesses took photos and a video of the chaos, trying to include as much registration numbers and details of the people involved in the looting. In one voicenote a man can be heard pleading, “Please we need the police. We have a situation now where trucks are stopping in the road. They are stealing everything.
