Graad een paddabeen
Middelburg se laerskole het die nuwe skooljaar ingetrap en hulle graad eens met ope harte verwelkom.

•Laerskool Dennesig se paddabeentjies was baie braaf en skaars ’n traan is gestort.

Middelburg Primary School was a hub of activity on Monday when hundreds of learners, including the Grade 1 class of 2021 were welcomed with sanatizers and thermometers.
Inside the classrooms, where parents were not allowed due to Covid-19 concerns, the new Grade 1’s all sat silently and watched educational cartoons on massive screens in front of the class.
There were no tears and despite social distancing a number of early friendships blossomed.




• Laerskool Kanonkop het Maandag hul nuwe Graad 1’s verwelkom nadat die groter kinders eers sit gekry het in hulle klaskamers.
Ouers het vanaf 08:00, soos gereël deur die skool, by die hekke opgedaag.
Kinders is gesaniteer en hul temperature geneem nadat hulle hul ouers by die skool se hekke moes afsien.
Gelukkig was die leiers byderhand om die nuwe gesiggies welkom te heet.
