According to information, the owner of the bike was driving his motorcycle on the Vandyksdrift road when he came across a white bakkie parked on the side of the road, on May 2 at about 07:30.
As he drove closer to the vehicle, an unknown man pointed a firearm at him and told him to pull over.
The suspect told the victim to get off the motorcycle before disappearing with the bike.
The victim’s motorcycle was found abandoned on the Bethal road and the owner of the motorcycle has been traced.
