A pedestrian was killed earlier this evening on the N11 Hendrina.

According to information gathered at the scene, the pedestrian was struck by a vehicle coming from Hendrina’s direction.

The incident occurred a short distance away from the Choppies Centre in Hlalamnandi.

The outer Middelburg-bound lane has been cordoned off by the SAPS and traffic has been affected.
