Rebel Renegades done and dusted for Gilmari

Middelburg's CrossFit queen, Gilmari Reyneke Munro, is forging ahead in her dream to compete in the CrossFit Games, after claiming third place in the CrossFit Africa semi-finals which took place in Johannesburg.

Gilmari ended third with a score of 590 in the individual women’s category at the Rebel Renegade Games.
