Five people were killed in an accident that took place on the N4 between Puma Garage and Wonderfontein last night.

The accident occurred at 22:00, just outside Belfast, and involved two vehicles, a bakkie and a car.

According to sources, the driver of the bakkie and three people from the car died at the scene, with the driver of the car having died at the hospital.
